SecuriQuest is a security awareness training company based in Darmstadt, Germany. We help organisations across DACH and France build lasting security culture through gamified, research-backed training — in German, French, and English. Security shouldn't be confusing, boring, or feel like yet another mandatory checkbox. We started SecuriQuest to change that — for everyone, not just the people who already care about infosec.
We hated sitting through boring security trainings. We used to run those trainings — and we knew they could be better. We'd seen the glazed eyes, the phones under the table, the compliance boxes ticked and immediately forgotten.
The problem wasn't the people. It was never the people. It was the format. Humans learn best when they're engaged, challenged, and — ideally — having fun. That's not a radical idea. It's just not how security training has been done.

In October 2025, that became a reality. We founded SecuriQuest in Darmstadt, Germany — three practitioners with backgrounds across information security, engineering, and operations, united by the same conviction: security belongs to everyone, not just the experts.

The three founders work across infosec, platform engineering, and operations — running trainings, building security programmes, and watching the same formats fail the same people.
Meeting through open source communities and shared professional experience — including time working together at Clark — the founding team begins to take shape.
First escape game sessions run as experiments. Research co-authored and presented at RECI with 60 participants. The results confirm what we suspected: this works.

Nearly a decade in information security — creating training programmes, running security awareness campaigns, and researching what actually works. After years of finding nothing affordable or effective, she turned her frustration into a mission: making security and data privacy part of how we work and live, not an afterthought.
From manufacturing to people management to event organisation — Jannik has optimised processes across more domains than most. His conviction: processes and products should be built with people in mind. At SecuriQuest, he makes sure nothing we build wastes anyone's time or energy — because compliance alone is not an end in itself.
